Q:  When was PRO, Inc. founded?
A:  Professional Recruiting Offices, Inc. is a California corporation, organized in 1981.

Q:  What types of companies use the executive search services that PRO, Inc. provides?
A:  Companies that value executive search services.  We strive to save our clients time and money in their quest for hiring the top talent.  Nationally recognized companies such as Bank of America, Aon, and Aetna Inc. to companies that are progressive leaders in the insurance and financial services industry utilize our executive search services.  The common thread between these companies is their value on time and their confidence in our ability to identify quality candidates.

Q:  What areas does PRO, Inc. recruit in?
A:  As a boutique executive search organization, we have identified key niche markets.  Our emphasis is focused on Employee Benefits, Insurance, Managed Care, PEO, and Banking IT areas.

Q:  What geographic areas does PRO, Inc. serve?
A:  We are a nationally recognized executive search organization.  We have successfully placed candidates across the U.S. and internationally.

Q:  How are client fees established?
A:  Client paid fees are based on a percentage of the candidates first year's compensation.

Q:  Does it cost anything to send a resume?
A:  No. Submitting a resume costs absolutely nothing.  Our fees are paid by the hiring company not candidates.

Q:  Does PRO, Inc. provide both permanent and temporary contract placements?
A:  Yes. PRO, Inc. will facilitate contracted placement of temporary and temp to p placements.  We work closely with clients to determine the exact requirements.

Q:  Does PRO, Inc. have an EEO policy?
